Sponsors arrive early to enjoy a private reception with passed hors d’oeuvres.

6:30 pm

The evening opens with a cocktail reception among a stunning silent auction of curated items

with opportunities for guests to bid, greet each other, and capture

moments photographically.

8:00 pm

The farm-to-fine cuisine three-course seated dinner is served and the program begins.

Guests are entertained by musicians, vocalists, client testimonials, and our services auction.

After a brief intermission, the program resumes with additional performances,

words of inspiration, and conferring of Awards, while guests savor a custom dessert.

9:30 pm

The dinner program concludes and guests are welcomed to the After Party

that continues until midnight.

10:00 pm

The Silent Auction closes.

11:00 pm

Silent Auction items are available for pick-up*

12:00 am

Event concludes.
