What are the qualifications for the Nutrition Program in the Daire Center?
Clients must provide proof of residency, proof of income, health insurance, and picture ID. Clients who are in a transitional home or shelter that provides 3 meals a day will not qualify.
What is the difference between local monthly bus passes and reduced monthly bus passes?
- Local monthly bus passes are for clients that do not have Medicare, reduced DART ID and do not meet the qualifications for the reduced monthly passes.
- Reduced monthly bus passes are for clients who have Medicare and/or a DART ID.
What do I need to bring with me when I come to get bus passes?
You will need to bring a picture ID with you.

How do I get linked to your services?
You will need to obtain a referral from your Ryan White Case Manager, along with your letter of diagnosis and common intake form. You must call 214-943-4444 and schedule an intake with AIN personnel.
What if I do not have a Ryan White Case Manager?
AIN has case management services. You can schedule a case management intake by calling our main number, 214-943-4444, and asking to speak with our scheduling coordinator.
Do you take walk-ins?
We do not accept walk-ins. All intakes are by appointment only. Please call 214-943-4444 to set your appointment.
What do I need to bring with me when I come into the agency for my appointment?
For Intake and Re-Certification, bring proof of residency, proof of income (including SSI/SSDI and SNAP award letters), proof of health insurance, such as Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance, and a picture ID.
For Updates, you will need your picture ID. If there are changes to your residency, income or health insurance, you must also bring paperwork showing those changes.
