DART Pass FAQ's

What is the difference between local monthly passes and reduced monthly passes?
  • Local monthly bus passes are for clients who do not have Medicare or a reduced DART ID and do not meet the qualifications for the reduced monthly passes.
  • Reduced monthly bus passes are for clients who have Medicare and/or a reduced DART ID.
What do I need to bring with me when I come to get my passes?
  • You will need to bring a picture ID with you.
  • If you are picking up passes for someone other than yourself, you will need to bring your picture ID, their ID, and a letter/note from them giving you permission to do so. They will need to sign the letter and date it for the same day you will be arriving to pick up passes.
